Focusrite/ Novation HQ will be closed for the holiday period, from 5pm on the 23rd December and will re-open for business on Monday 4th January at 9.30am. During this time there will be no support available over the phone, and limited support via e-mail. Many technical issues are covered in the answerbase, or may be fixed by downloading the latest version of software from our website. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
