The instrument/line LEDS on my Saffire are both showing 'INST', and I can't select 'LINE'. What do I do?

Your Saffire may be in Low Power mode. Try to unplug, and reconnect your Saffire's firewire connection. If you are using the external power supply provided, please disconnect this also, before disconnecting the firewire connection to ensure the Saffire reboots properly. If you are not using the external power supply, you may need to connect it before Saffire will boot properly.
