I've got a Mic plugged into the front of my Saffire, and I have no input. Why?

Check that you don't have anything plugged into the instrument/line input on that channel. A jack plugged into the instrument/line input disables the Mic input on that channel. Also, if your mic requires phantom power, please make sure that you have turned it on on the front panel of your Saffire.
