The MIDI In port on my Pro 24 does not appear to be receiving any MIDI messages!

If you find that you are unable to get MIDI data into the Saffire Pro 24, you may find that swapping the MIDI cables around so that your keyboard/MIDI device's MIDI Out is connected to the Pro 24's MIDI Out will solve the problem.

Note also that you should connect the Pro 24's MIDI In to any MIDI receiving equipment's MIDI In also.

This is an issue that has occurred with the first batch of Saffire Pro 24 and 24 DSPs, due to a screen printing error in the labelling for the back of the Pro 24 that was sent to the factory. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
