Additional settings in Saffire MixControl for the Liquid Saffire 56

In Saffire MixControl v1.8 or later, two new entries on the settings menu have been added for the Liquid Saffire 56. These are not referred to in the user guide so information on these settings can be found below:

Liquid Transformer Loading
The transformer loading on the Liquid preamps could cause level fluctuation problems with certain microphones. This setting allows you to disable the transformer loading in the Liquid preamps on a per channel basis which should prevent the issue. You should only disable the transformer loading if you are experiencing the level fluctuation problems when using certain microphones.

SPDIF as AES/EBU
This switches the SPDIF input and output on the Liquid Saffire 56 to the AES/EBU standard operating level.
