How to use the inputs on the Forte

Input Loom

Forte is supplied with an input loom that connects to the INPUTS port on the rear of the unit. The loom is provided with two female XLR sockets for microphone inputs and two 3-pole (TRS) jack sockets for line or instrument inputs. However, in order to use the inputs, the Input Loom must be connected, if it is not, you will see the inputs are greyed out.

Phantom Power

In order to use Phantom Power on the Forte, the power supply must be connected. If it is not, you will not be able to switch on Phantom Power for the inputs.

As always if you have any questions or concerns you can use the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page to get in touch.
