Main Index .: Platinum Range .: VoiceMaster Pro .: I can't get any sound from the monitor outputs of my VoiceMaster Pro when using the mic input.

I can't get any sound from the monitor outputs of my VoiceMaster Pro when using the mic input.

Check the following:

ï Is the power switched on?
ï Is the LINE switch on the front panel switched out?
ï Are the INPUT and OUTPUT LEVELS set correctly?
ï For microphones that require phantom power (ie condenser microphones), is the +48V switch engaged?
ï Is something connected to the Instrument input? (This overrides the mic input.)
ï Are headphones connected? (These mute the monitor outputs - see the article regarding latency-free monitoring)
ï Is there something connected to insert return?
ï Is the Optical Expander activated?

If the problem persists after checking these things then please contact us for further support.
