Focusrite first became acquainted with the music of singer/songwriter Jono McCleery in late 2010, when a remix of his song 'Tomorrow' featured on the Ninja Tune XX Collection, a compilation of music from the London-based record label and artist camp.  

By early 2011, we were hearing more and more of Jono and his stunningly great music. He supported fellow Ninja Tune artist Jamie Woon on his UK tour in the spring, and by that time, we were just itching to work with him. So when we needed to team up with an artist to feature in the Scarlett 2i2 promo video, Jono was our first call.

Jono was new to Focusrite but his first impressions of the Scarlett 2i2 were very positive. "I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic sound quality of the 2i2, and it was also very neat to look at, simple to use, and easy to transport."
